Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Pattern Racked, league and tournament management software operated by Edak Consulting, LLC ("Pattern Racked", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Pattern Racked hosts websites for pool leagues and tournaments. Each league is run by its own operator, who is responsible for that league's rules, schedules, fees and decisions. We provide the software; we don't run the leagues.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give accurate information, including your name and phone number when a feature asks for them. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no impersonating others, no posting unlawful or abusive content, no attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours, and no automated scraping or load that disrupts the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments

League dues, shop purchases and tournament entry fees are owed to the league that charges them. Refunds are up to that league's operator.

Text messages

Tournament match texts are optional and covered by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
